The International School of Veterinary Medicine Homeopathy was founded in 1986 by a group of partners dell’AIVO (Italian Association of Veterinary Homeopaths).
The attractive town of Cortona was chosen as the ideal location for its equidistance between North and South Italy, for the strong tourist and cultural heritage, the good road and rail. After nearly 18 years, we can confirm that the choice was happy and that the school has become an institution of Cortona exhibited with pride by its inhabitants. The students are always greeted with friendly and familiar, and all contribute to make your stay in the city unforgettable.
The foundation of the school is the natural evolution of teaching experience to Vets in various Italian cities (Milan – Florence – Rome – Naples), Dr. Franco Del France, Dean Veterinary Homeopathy in Italy and in Europe and Director of always the same school.
Since October 1989, ie since the actual teaching of the official, the school is a point of reference Veterinary Homeopathy Italian. And ‘this, in fact, the first institution of homeopathic medicine designed and created just for Veterinarians in the history of National Colleges, although the quality of the courses has attracted and still attracts many listeners not Vets.
In all these years, the work of the School, its director and teachers of the body, was evidenced by the hundreds of graduate students (many of them foreign) and in continuous contact with it, the seminars organized by the numerous publications (books and works on journals), participation in national and international conferences with original works, collaborations with Universities, Institutes Zooprofilattici, Regional Administration and Local Associations of Breeders.
It ‘was the first school in all EC countries to have organized a graduate course at the University Institute of Clinical Medicine and Pharmacology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Messina.
